The Océania offers 30 m2 of light-filled living space. The kitchen and dining area are the strong points of this model, and are completely open to the outside thanks to a double-glazed door and a French window opening onto the terrace. In the Océania, the living room is bright and spacious, with an L-shaped sofa. It is equipped with an L-shaped sofa. The sleeping areas on either side, as in all the other models, are ideal for relaxation and rest.

A new look for this cottage with modern lines and optimal comfort, the Ty Celtik cottage offers 30 m2 of light-filled, spacious living space. The kitchen and dining area are the strong points of this model, as the kitchen is panoramic, totally open to the outside thanks to a double-glazed door and a fixed bay window opening onto the terrace. The bright, generously-sized living room features a large sofa, and the sleeping areas on either side of the Celtik are ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The generously-sized master bedroom can accommodate a 160 x 200 cm bed and a crib. On the bathroom side, an 80 x 100 cm shower comes as standard!

Ty Melenig means “Yellow” in Breton, as sunny as this model with 2 terraces! This 2-bedroom model perfectly combines space and functionality.
